Ready to take your life back?

Heavyweight Fitness provides actionable health and fitness advice only an obese guy who turned his life around can provide.

Why "Heavyweight Fitness"?

Heavyweight is traditionally defined as "a person or thing of above-average weight." In boxing, a heavyweight is "a champion wrestler seen as a prominent competitor."

"Heavyweights" are obese people dedicated to turning their lives around through better health and fitness. The term acknowledges our struggles while also demonstrating we are champions in our own right!
